I'm not sure if these are safe either.
EDIT: NO, it's not said anywhere that Near dies after four years, BUT we know Mello and Near had the same way of calculation for their lifespans, so you can just do the maths. Calculate it with proportion. Even if you assume that Mello'd have a long, healthy life, Near still ends up with ridiculously short time. About 6 years at most.
